Donuts Served to the Masses

As the extending dessert list led us to believe, Google and Android has dished out Donut (well technically, they dropped new code for Android Donut).  Some people over at XDA Developers are reporting that Donut will be stuffed with system-wide multitouch, universal search, text to speech, automated backups, a new camera app, and somehow (supposedly) better performance (sounds yummy).  There also seems to be some CDMA support (for those lucky Sprint … [read full article]

More Android Desserts to Come

Android just seems to get sweeter and sweeter with every update, and we now know the names of the next three.  Google will be dishing out healthy servings of Donut, Eclair and Flan sometime this year.  I don’t know about you, but I’m wondering what dessert they pick when they reach “x” (in case you missed it, the updates are named alphabetically and are based off desserts).  Not much has been … [read full article]

While it looks like a pretty solid, standard case in which to hold the phone, it’s actually missing one major component to what makes a holster a REAL holster… a clip! While that makes this great for those who want to … [read full article]

Daylight Photos/Video: Touch Pro2

[singlepic=17,451,300] Been looking forward to seeing the Touch Pro2 in daylight for once? Pictures have surfaced of T-Mobile’s next Windows Mobile device that actually do not feature the device in a somewhat dark room. Not that we don’t appreciate ALL photos of this phone that we’ve seen, but it’s great to actually see it in a room full of sunlight. Our photographer had this to say during the 45 minutes he had … [read full article]
