FCC says T-Mobile hit with outage because it did not follow network best practices

Following T-Mobile’s serious network outage back in June, FCC Chairman Ajit Pai pledged that he would investigate what caused the “unacceptable” outage. Today that report has come out. New Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G and OnePlus 8 5G updates released by T-Mobile

After updating the Samsung Galaxy S20 phones over the weekend, T-Mobile’s got a couple more software updates going out today. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G is being updated to version N976USQS3CTI8. T-Mobile has best 5G availability of major US carriers in new Ookla report

T-Mobile launched nationwide coverage for its 5G network late last year, and since then it’s been busy expanding that reach with more 600MHz and 2.5GHz spectrum. Samsung Galaxy S20 owners are getting another new update from T-Mobile today. T-Mo is now pushing updates to the Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra.
