T-Mobile 4G Mobile Hotspot Industry Comparison Sheet

With the introduction of their very first 4G Mobile Hotspot in two days, T-Mobile dropped a comparison sheet showing how their new offering compares to the Verizon, Sprint and Clear competition. To be honest, it doesn’t exactly appear to give T-Mobile the edge as Verizon bests them by $4.99 on the 10 GB monthly data allowance along with Sprint and Clear providing unlimited 4G data for $25 and $29.99 less respectively. In any event T-Mobile will … [read full article]

T-Mobile 4G Mobile Hotspot Arriving This Wednesday?

As recent rumors have suggested the T-Mobile 4G Mobile Hotspot is set to drop this Wednesday, April 13th. There isn’t a whole lot about this device we don’t know save for price and release date. However, we’re at least willing to bet that T-Mobile will have this priced to move in the hopes of taking on the recent 4G Mobile Hotspot releases by both Sprint and Verizon. Having received the above screenshot just this morning … [read full article]

U.S. Senate Subcommittee To Hold Hearings On Proposed AT&T/T-Mobile Deal

The United States Senate has announced that hearings will be held by the Senate Judiciary committee into the AT&T / T-Mobile merger to determine if consumer competition would be reduced in light of the merger. It’s fine and good to see that the Senate is taking up the proposed merger however the same situation occurred in the very same committee with the Comcast-NBC merger and that was ultimately approved so I’d keep any expectations in check. … [read full article]

T-Mobile G2X Already Up On Ebay, Yours For $999

This is just one of those things I enjoy posting because of how ridiculous it is that someone would pay $999 for a phone coming out in less than 10 days. Furthermore this individual did nothing to block the IMEI and identifying information of the device in the pictures so if s/he is an employee and selling this device, someone better make that $999 last for a while! Any takers? Didn’t think so. Do yourself a favor … [read full article]

T-Mobile G-Slate Includes Free Pair Of 3D Glasses

Well, this is interesting! Back at Mobile World Congress, LG stated that the LG Optimus Pad (known in the USA as the T-Mobile G-Slate) would not have a glasses-free 3D display, and instead it would require a separately sold pair of 3D glasses to properly watch 3D content on the tablet. For the record, this pair of glasses will be the famed Red and Blue variant you are all so familiar with. Well, it seems that … [read full article]
