Coverage Maps Being Updated

T-Mobile Service Disruption?

We’ve received quite a few emails about a T-Mobile service disruption, and now T-Mobile itself has officially confirmed the service disruption via its support forums.  T-Mobile claims that 5% of their customers were affected by the service disruption which impacted both data and voice features.  The company states that service has been restored for most customers. T-Mobile Ranked #1 In Customer Satisfaction By J.D. Power and Associates

Well, it looks like congrats are in order for the big Magenta.  For the second straight year, J.D.  Power and Associates has awarded  T-Mobile USA the highest ranking in wireless retail customer satisfaction among the major U.S. carriers.  T-Mobile edged out Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and AT&T in the study achieving an overall score of 723 compared to Verizon’s score of 722.
