T-Mobile has announced that it’s teaming up with NBC’s KXAS-TV to speed up a 600MHz repack, much like it did with Fox’s WWOR in New York City last year. After launching Rich Communication Services (RCS) with its Advanced Messaging feature back in 2015, T-Mobile today spilled some details on its upcoming RCS plans.
