T-Mobile deploys permanent LTE network upgrades in Houston ahead of Super Bowl LI

After permanently beefing up its coverage in Washington, D.C. for the presidential inauguration, T-Mobile today revealed that it’s done something similar for Houston, Texas. T-Mobile rolls out LTE upgrades in Washington, DC ahead of presidential inauguration

Days ahead of the presidential inauguration, T-Mobile has announced that it’s beefed up its coverage in Washington, DC. T-Mobile has rolled out new LTE features like 4×4 MIMO and 256 QAM to improve its coverage in DC. T-Mobile CEO John Legere makes his predictions for 2017

It’s the start of a new year, and just like he has the past couple of years, T-Mobile CEO John Legere has laid out his predictions for the coming 12 months. Legere’s first prediction for 2017 is that cable companies will try to enter wireless through MVNO deals, but that they’ll fail. T-Mobile shares end-of-year network update

With 2016 coming to a close, T-Mobile has decided to share an end of year update on its network. T-Mobile CTO Neville Ray revealed today that T-Mo’s LTE network now covers 313 million people. To compare, T-Mobile reported its LTE coverage was at 312 million people back in October and 304 million at the end of 2015. T-Mobile Extended Range LTE coming to Chicago in the first half of 2017

Back in May, we learned that T-Mobile had agreed to acquire 700MHz spectrum in Chicago that would be used for Extended Range LTE in that city. New reports say T-Mobile has fastest LTE, highest customer satisfaction in the U.S.

Looks like OpenSignal’s network comparison isn’t the only report that T-Mobile fared well in recently. First up, Ookla’s Speedtest recently shared a report on the stat us U.S. internet in the first half of 2016.
