A preliminary proxy statement filed with the FCC last week by MetroPCS is yielding all sorts of interesting info on their proposed deal with T-Mobile. Apple, Samsung Both Win Motions To Add New Infringement Claims To Upcoming Trial

US Magistrate Judge Paul Grewal granted both Samsung and Apple new infringement claims to the second patent lawsuit both companies are now embroiled in.
