Leap, T-Mobile Complete Spectrum Swap Announced Last April

Leap Wireless just announced the completion of their spectrum swap with T-Mobile announced earlier this year. The spectrum swap included Leap receiving spectrum in Phoenix, Houston, Galveston, and Bryan College Station. T-Mobile received spectrum in various markets throughout Alabama, Illinois, Missouri, Minnesota and Wisconsin. A new report puts T-Mobile right back into the mix for potential suitors for MetroPCS as an “unnamed source” says MetroPCS is having “off and on” conversations with possible merger partners.
