A brand new JD Power Wireless Smartphone Customer Satisfaction Study for the first six months of 2012 shows Apple as the highest ranked company in customer satisfaction among smartphone manufacturers. The newest JD Power report, the 2012 US Wireless Network Quality Performance Study shows that T-Mobile places somewhere in the middle when it comes overall wireless network quality.
