T-Mobile, Google Hosting After Party After The Google Music Event

We’ve just learned from our friends over at Androidandme that T-Mobile and Google are hosting a special event the night of their special announcement. So let’s just get the elephant in the room out of the way first…with some major musical guest appearance, it still by accounts looks like a music announcement. There has yet to be any indication Samsung has any involvement in this event and it’s absolutely plausible that an event can happen without … [read full article]

Images Of Google’s Upcoming Music Store Leak Ahead Of Announcement?

While we had already had our suspicions that Google’s November 16th event had something to do with music, a writer at TecnoDroidVe has discovered what appears to be a work-in-progress of Google’s upcoming music store. Able to access the images from an HTC Inspire 4G, it’s unclear how Ricardo found his way into the Music Store, but the screenshots themselves look both promising and hard to imagine as fake. For the moment, we’re still trying to … [read full article]

T-Mobile Offers Promotion On New myTouch by LG Smartphones For Existing Customers

T-Mobile’s newest promotion is a kinda, sorta response to the iPhone but more importantly, it’s available for their existing customers. Too often T-Mobile’s promotions are only available to new customers so we’re happy (actually we’re thrilled) to see something that takes care of the T-Mobile faithful. The myTouch by LG models won’t satisfy the urges of the Galaxy S II crowd but they are still very good mid-range Android devices and are 4G ready. According … [read full article]

We do love posting images of the retail shipping box in all of its glory however, so we’re back with another “look” at the T-Mobile Springboard. We aren’t learning much here, actually we aren’t learning anything other than taking another look at the Springboard … [read full article]

The T-Mobile version of the Galaxy S II has already solidified itself as one of the best smartphones ever to grace the Magenta network and our review of it was glowing. Unfortunately, there seems to be, at least for some users on XDA Developer Forums a bit of an issue with the Super AMOLED Plus display. The XDA thread takes an in-depth look at the panels on both the T-Mobile and Sprint variants and ends … [read full article]

T-Mobile has a completely covered mid-range Android phone line and now with the addition of the myTouch and myTouch Q, that lineup is bolstered by the addition of two models from T-Mobile’s flagship line. These phones won’t match the HTC Amaze 4G or Galaxy S II spec for spec, however they are perfect for the first-time smartphone buyer who just doesn’t need to have the very best smartphone in their pocket. The myTouch sports … [read full article]
