Texas joining states’ lawsuit to block the T-Mobile-Sprint merger

The states’ lawsuit to block T-Mobile and Sprint’s merger gained another member today. Texas state attorney general Ken Paxton has announced that he is joining the group of states that have sued to block the T-Mobile-Sprint merger. Paxton is the 15th state attorney general to get involved in the lawsuit, joining AGs from California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, New York, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Washington D.C. T-Mobile confirms service issues in Houston

Having service issues in Houston? It’s not just you. T-Mobile has confirmed that its service is being impacted in Houston, with CTO Neville Ray blaming a “major fiber cut” for the issue. Ray adds that engineers are working with T-Mo’s transport partner to get the issue fixed. T-Mobile partners with KXAS-TV to speed up 600MHz repack in North Texas

T-Mobile has announced that it’s teaming up with NBC’s KXAS-TV to speed up a 600MHz repack, much like it did with Fox’s WWOR in New York City last year.
