Which Carrier Has The Nations Largest FourGee Network?

AT&T has launched a new battle in the “4G” marketing wars with their very own claim that they have the nations largest 4G network. AT&T’s argument works to combine their new LTE presence with their HSPA+ network to support the size of their 4G network. AT&T’s marketing efforts began this Sunday and it’s in contrast to both Verizon and T-Mobile also arguing they have the nations largest 4G networks. It’s a little laughable for AT&T to use … [read full article]

While T-Mobile can take pride in achieving the top spot in the JD Power Wireless Purchase Experience survey 11 out of the last 15 times, a fourth place finish this time around is clearly disappointing. After the J.D. Power press release went out, T-Mobile released their own brief statement touching on their efforts to improve the wireless purchasing experience once they began to see customer happiness decline. T-Mobile Acquires Domain Registrations For Upcoming “Prism” Device?

Here’s an interesting rumor for today…and I emphasize rumor with a capital R-U-M-O-R. According to Fusible, T-Mobile is working on a new smartphone called “Prism,” if recent domain registrations are to be believed. The new device part of this is truly speculation however, as T-Mobile counsel registered the domain names through MarkMonitor, an internet brand protection company on November 21st, 2011. T-Mobile originally filed for the Prism trademark back in 2009 and has since had three … [read full article]

Overall customer satisfaction with both full-service and non-contract branded carriers is based on six factors (in order of importance): … [read full article]

T-Mobile Continues Commitment To Wi-Fi Calling In Future Handsets

T-Mobile’s Director of Product Management, Josh Lonn had plenty to say in response to a The Verge article on the “Dirty Secrets of IP Calling.” Most important are his words that T-Mobile will continue to support for Wi-Fi calling and thankfully so, it’s both an invaluable and desirable feature that far too many carriers have overlooked. With indoor coverage being such a troublesome area for tens of millions of wireless customers, Wi-Fi Calling helps “neutralize” these gaps … [read full article]
