T-Mobile’s Neville Ray Says T-Mobile’s LTE Will Be Better Than Competition

Speaking in two separate interviews, T-Mobile Chief Technology Officer dropped some more hints about T-Mobile’s future LTE rollouts and future integration plans with MetroPCS. One worthy takeaway from the CNET interview is Ray’s claim that T-Mobile’s network will “one-up” both AT&T and Verizon Wireless when it rolls out its own LTE network next year. “LTE today is good, but LTE tomorrow can be great,” Ray … [read full article]

T-Mobile Shows Off Pic Of Upcoming Moga Game System, Launching With Galaxy Note II

The launch of the Moga Mobile Gaming System on T-Mobile was quietly added to the Galaxy Note II press release which went out this past Monday and went right under our radar. Taking A Quick Look At The Nokia Lumia 810 For T-Mobile

With the kickoff of MobileCon 2012, T-Mobile was on hand last night in San Diego to show off some of their newest hardware, including the Nokia Lumia 810. Unfortunately, T-Mobile seems handcuffed by Microsoft which prevented T-Mobile from showing a working model of the Lumia 810. Most of the early hands on reference a slightly thicker than expected frame, along with a little extra weight. The Cyan color won rave reviews of course, but overall feedback … [read full article]

TmoNews Reviews The myCharge Peak 6000 Rechargeable Battery Bank

I don’t generally do accessory reviews around these parts, but I’m thinking about changing that and I’m starting with something I’ve grown to love over the past few weeks, the myCharge Peak 6000. As a Floridian, power, battery life and more power and battery life are always something I think about when summer rolls around. It’s been six years since we’ve had a major hurricane, but I’ve learned my lesson and even this year, when we had … [read full article]

Here’s a piece of news I think a number of us had predicted would come as T-Mobile sends out a memo indicating the “Apple iPhone” name can no longer be used in conjunction with marketing for the “Bring Your Own Device” program. Now, let’s be clear and say we don’t know the reasons for this, it could be a T-Mobile management decision, an Apple legal decision, a T-Mobile legal decision or something else entirely. In other … [read full article]
