The Change to Win (CtW) Investment Group today filed a complaint with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) about T-Mobile and some of its recent accounting practices. A preliminary proxy statement filed with the FCC last week by MetroPCS is yielding all sorts of interesting info on their proposed deal with T-Mobile.
