AT&T, Department Of Justice Ordered To Come Up With Settlement Plans By September 21st

The presiding judge overseeing the Department of Justice lawsuit has set a date of September 21st to discuss the prospects of a settlement. As expected AT&T has fired back with some less than flattering words toward Sprint on the news of Sprint attempting to legally block their T-Mobile takeover.
