Moto Z2 Force specs rumored to include dual 12MP rear cameras, Snapdragon 835

It feels like it’s been awhile since a new Moto smartphone was on T-Mobile’s shelves, but that might change soon. T-Mobile says first 600MHz sites will go live in August

Today T-Mobile released its Q2 2017 earnings numbers, and inside the announcement was some big news regarding T-Mo’s 600MHz plans. T-Mobile will light up its first 600MHz sites in August. T-Mobile adds 1.3M customers in Q2 2017, marking 17th straight quarter of 1M+ adds

T-Mobile’s Q2 2017 earnings are in, and it was another big quarter for the Un-carrier. During the second quarter of 2017, T-Mobile added 1.3 million customers, marking the 17th straight quarter that T-Mo added more than 1 million subscribers in a quarter. Of the 1.3 million customers added, there were 817,000 postpaid adds, 94,000 prepaid adds, and 422,000 wholesale adds. iOS 10.3.3 and watchOS 3.2.3 updates now available from Apple

T-Mobile Galaxy S8 and S8+ receiving updates with security patches

Looks like Bixby Voice isn’t the only goodie that T-Mobile Galaxy S8 customers are getting today. T-Mobile is now pushing software updates to its versions of the Galaxy S8 and S8+. T-Mo says that they include a UMTS 911 update, and as you can see in the screenshot below, the July 1, 2017 security patches are included as well. Samsung launches Bixby Voice for the Galaxy S8 in the U.S.

After missing out on the Galaxy S8’s U.S. launch, Bixby Voice is finally ready to go. Samsung says that Bixby Voice is now available in the U.S. To get it, Galaxy S8 and S8+ owners need to update the app to the latest version. Moto E4 launching at MetroPCS on July 31st

MetroPCS’s smartphone lineup doesn’t currently include any Motorola hardware, but that’ll change soon. The Moto E4 will launch at MetroPCS on July 31st. T-Mobile touts fastest LTE download speeds, says 600MHz phones from Samsung and LG coming soon

T-Mobile’s got some network news to share. T-Mo says that, according to its analysis of national LTE results of Ookla Speedtest data, it’s got the fastest download speeds in the U.S. T-Mobile had an average of 26.9Mbps, while AT&T had 23.0Mbps and Verizon had 22.7Mbps. Sprint finished below 20Mbps, and so T-Mo decided to not include it in its graph.
