AT&T unhappy with T-Mobile’s attempts at clarifying roaming rates

In a blog posted yesterday evening, John Marsh from AT&T outlines the company’s opposition to T-Mobile’s attempt at changing roaming regulation. And that’s not surprising. FCC delays 600MHz TV spectrum auction until 2016

The FCC has decided to delay the 600MHz TV spectrum auction initially planned for 2015, due to an impending court case. Gary Epstein, Chair of the FCC’s incentive auction task force, announced the move in a blog posted just a short while ago. T-Mobile joins Sprint and others in asking FCC to review AT&T spectrum acquisitions

In a letter to the FCC’s chairman, Tom Wheeler and a few other FCC commissioners, T-Mobile, Sprint and a few other organizations have asked the commission to review AT&T’s recent low-frequency spectrum purchases.
