Last week, representatives from T-Mobile and Ka’ ena Corporation had an online meeting with officials from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). T-Mobile has gained a new partner today with the announcement of smart-city water refill stations of HOPE Hydration. With this announcement, HOPE has chosen T-Mo to be its IoT provider. Report: T-Mobile Shuts Down Support Centers, Thousands Lose Jobs (Updated With T-Mo’s Clarification)

T-Mobile CEO Sees AI as Way to Help Reduce Churn Rate

In Q1 2023, T-Mobile reported a decline in its churn percentage. Compared to last year’s .93%, the quarter had .89% churn rate, which is something that CEO Mike Sievert is pleased with.
