In a move that isn’t going to come as much of a surprise after both companies confirmed the talks, both boards have approved a $1.5 billion dollar deal. AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson is apparently still having trouble sleeping over the failed AT&T, T-Mobile deal. According to a report by the Financial Times, a large number of “analysts” now rate the chances for an AT&T, T-Mobile deal at less than 50%.
