T-Mobile increases support charge fees by $5

It looks like T-Mobile is increasing its Assisted Support Charge (ASC) and Upgrade Support Charge (USC). These charges are similar to standard activation fees that other carriers charge.  ASC is a charge for new account sign-ups or when a new line is added to an account. T-Mobile unveils 5G ANS

T-Mobile today launched its new 5G Advanced Network Solutions (ANS). Through this service, enterprises are able to unlock massive amounts of data using 5G connectivity with edge computing. As a result, they can gather and process their data at “blazing fast speeds.” The service was unveiled today through T-Mo’s newsroom. LG devices on T-Mobile are not working right now

Update: 5/23/22 9:43am The issue seems to have been fixed, as reported by The T-Mo Report. If you were among those affected by the bug, you can reboot your device to apply the fix. Bug currently affected eSIM-activated iPhones on T-Mobile

It looks like there is an issue affecting a few T-Mobile customers. T-Mobile tops ACSI study for customer satisfaction

Earlier today, the ACSI (American Customer Satisfaction Index) published the results of its Wireless Phone Service and Cell Phone Study 2021-2022. The study reveals the smartphone brand and carrier winners for 5G speed and availability.  The study involved over 23,000 randomly chosen people across the country.
