T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile have scored top marks in J.D. Power’s latest report on U.S. wireless customer care. In its latest report, J.D. J.D. Power’s latest report on U.S. carrier customer care is out, and T-Mobile has come out on top once again. T-Mobile and Sprint continue to work to get their merger approved. Today T-Mo and Sprint have promised to build five new Customer Experience Centers in the U.S. if their merger is approved.
