T-Mobile names 25 winners of its Hometown Grants

Earlier this month, T-Mobile named Woodstock, IL as the winner of its Hometown Techover Contest. Woodstock, Ill. wins T-Mobile’s Hometown Techover Contest

And we finally have it– a winner for T-Mobile’s Hometown Techover contest that it launched in spring. And the winner is: Woodstock, Ill.  Woodstock, Ill. is the first winner of T-Mobile’s contest. T-Mobile looking for one town to win over $3 million

Yesterday, T-Mobile held a webcast where it talked about its big plans for the Un-Carrier. One of the plans it announced was to launch a new initiative called the T-Mobile Hometown.
