If there’s one thing we’re short on in the world of T-Mobile devices, it’s big Windows Phones. Windows Phone 8.1 update arrives for T-Mobile Lumia 521

Last week, the Lumia Cyan/Windows Phone 8.1 update finally arrived for the Nokia Lumia 925 on T-Mobile. Nokia Lumia 530 announced, T-Mobile first confirmed carrier
