T-Mobile tops ACSI study for customer satisfaction

Earlier today, the ACSI (American Customer Satisfaction Index) published the results of its Wireless Phone Service and Cell Phone Study 2021-2022. The study reveals the smartphone brand and carrier winners for 5G speed and availability.  The study involved over 23,000 randomly chosen people across the country. They were contacted via email between April 2021 and March 2022. T-Mobile fixes data throttling issue on Sprint’s Everything Data plans

T-Mobile waives charges to customers affected by Hermits Peak/Calf Canyon Wildfire

T-Mobile announced that it will be providing support to families affected by the Hermits Peak/Calf Canyon Wildfire that has been taking place in New Mexico since last week. The Un-carrier had already deployed its teams to the area last May 5th. T-Mobile launches Internet Freedom today

Last week, T-Mobile promised that it will be revealing its latest Un-carrier move.
