Chalk up one large victory for the Samsung folks as US District Judge Lucy Koh reduced the jury damages awards to Apple in last years landmark patent trial.   One of the remaining outstanding issues in the Apple vs Samsung case came to a conclusion last night as Judge Lucy Koh issued another set of rulings. Speaking to reporters following T-Mobile’s Apple agreement announcement, CEO John Legere offered an incredibly lofty goal for 2013.
