T-Mobile Not Among Leaked Galaxy S 2 Carrier Branding?

A story making some waves this morning through the T-Mobile community comes courtesy of Pocketnow who uncovered the carrier branded names of the AT&T, Sprint and Verizon editions of the Galaxy S 2. T-Mobile was notably absent from the list of acquired carrier names and an immediate assumption was made that T-Mobile might not be carrying the Galaxy S 2. We feel compelled to remind people that there were multiple editions of … [read full article]

HTC Sensation 4G Coming To Target, $199.99 Price Tag In Tow

Update: A number of you are pointing out the “061211″ stick on the front of the price label. Nokia N9 Passes FCC With Support For T-Mobile

This might come as a little bit of a surprise as Nokia’s Meego-powered N9 handset passed the FCC today as model number RM-680. The FCC approved the N9 with a plethora of GSM and WCDMA bands including those to work on both AT&T and T-Mobile. Before anyone gets ahead of themselves, there is almost zero chance this device is a precursor to an AT&T/T-Mobile deal, Nokia just loves quadband and pentaband device support. … [read full article]

The US Patent and Trademark Office has often been a source of upcoming T-Mobile secret codenames and with the recent discovery of the “SnapPad” trademark we’re asking more questions. The trademark itself is meant for tablet computers along with T-Mobile picking up a number of domain names like T-MobileSnapPad.com and .net. Whether or not this sign in sheet is a glimpse at carriers that will be offering the device or something else is anyones guess at this point. Guess we’ll find out soon enough!
