While we’ll ignore for a moment the fact that T-Mobile has yet to release any sort of information regarding a release date for the T-Mobile G2X new information pinpoints to a April 15th launch. That’s 5 days ahead of our own timeframe of April 20th which we’ve been working with for a while now. Anyone have any objections to the G2X releasing a little early? Didn’t think so. Noticeably absent here … [read full article]

This time we’re seeing more of the Pyramid in the wild courtesy of XDA-Developers.com. As it stands, the specs acquired by the individual (s) over at XDA differ from our own. The XDA post states the Pyramid will come with a 960 x 540 qHD … [read full article]

HTC Flyer Coming To T-Mobile?

While all the T-Mobile tablet focus is on the upcoming T-Mobile G-Slate, perhaps something else is coming to Magenta in the not so distant future. We should preface this by saying we can’t say with absolute certainty that the Flyer will actually come to the US as part of the leaked images acquired by Pocketnow.com show non US T-Mobile branding. However, the above image clearly shows T-Mobile USA logo markings along with … [read full article]

HTC Pyramid Specs Hit The Inbox, Launching In June With Android 2.4?

I know there is a lot of confusion regarding the AT&T/T-Mobile deal but what seems to be forgotten is that life goes on. The deal could fall apart, the government could reject it or a thousand other things could take place that causes it to not happen. With that in mind, T-Mobile is running business as usual which means phones will still launch. Thankfully, to try and smooth the masses I’ve received … [read full article]

T-Mobile CEO Philip Humm Discusses Sprint Buyout Rumors

It’s not unusual for large corporations to respond to certain rumors involving sales/acquisitions/buyouts especially those that have been ongoing for some time. We just received this letter written by Philip Humm, T-Mobile CEO in response to the ongoing rumors that once again surfaced. As expected, it’s a non-denial response that in our estimation leaves open any and all options for the company to pursue. There is nothing here that I can read … [read full article]

My Take On A Sprint/T-Mobile Merger/Acquisition/Buyout/Sale/Purchase/Transaction/

While I like to jokingly consider myself T-Mobile’s number one fan, it’s hard to argue that its position in the wireless marketplace is looking good. After a disappointing fourth quarter in 2010, we’re back today with yet another round of rumors and tech talk regarding a potential deal with Sprint. Only this time, things are a little different since, as Bloomberg reported earlier, Sprint would actually be the buyer this time. I’ve … [read full article]

T-Mobile Carrying HTC Mystery Device, The “Doubleshot?”

Not too long we told you to remember the codename “Pyramid,” as it would belong to the name of an upcoming Android phone sure to excite T-Mobile masses. What we do know is that the “Doubleshot” is the name of another HTC device. … [read full article]
