Google begins enabling RCS messaging for all Android users in the U.S.

Prepaid Text Message Prices Changes Coming August 13th

The postpaid rate plans aren’t the only thing changing in T-Mobile land in the next 30 days as some minor but noteworthy changes are coming to pay as you go sms pricing.
