Cellular South Files Anti-Trust Lawsuit, Sues To Block AT&T Takeover Of T-Mobile

Following Sprint’s and the Department of Justice lead, regional carrier Cellular South has filed an anti-trust lawsuit hoping to block AT&T’s takeover of T-Mobile USA. AT&T Says Keep Your Rate Plan, Even When Your Contract Expires

While AT&T awaits FCC approval, DOJ lawsuits and a host of contentious members of the political machine they are still trying to win over the T-Mobile customer. AT&T Talking To Rivals About Asset Sales To Save T-Mobile Deal?

An early morning Bloomberg report indicates that AT&T has already begun approaching its smaller rivals including MetroPCS and Leap to sell both spectrum and customers in an attempt to save its T-Mobile deal.
