Second Analyst Predicts T-Mobile iPhone

While the first article this week was met with indifference and laughter from the fine folks who run the gadget blogosphere, a second analyst has now stated that T-Mobile is a prime candidate for the iPhone. I can appreciate the arguments that without Verizon, T-Mobile or Sprint are the only logical choices, but those obvious facts aren’t what is truly important. The opportunity for consumer choice, and the removal of the … [read full article]

T-Mobile To Pickup iPhone In 2010?

The iPhone is arguably the most loved or loathed phone available right now, and AT&T has absolutely reaped tremendous rewards from being the sole carrier. However, Apple and AT&T know the exclusivity agreement between them won’t last forever since current estimates are putting iPhone exclusivity in jeopardy sometime in the 3rd quarter of 2010. So while rumors run amok regarding a possible Verizon/Apple venture, we ask the question, what about T-Mobile? Thankfully a Thomas Weisel analyst states … [read full article]

The Merger Rumor Game Continues, This Time Without Sprint

This device has been on many Sony Ericsson’s fans “T-Mobile wishlist,” but today this handset appears quite possible to hit our very own Magenta. Even though there is no confirmation that the X10 will indeed land on T-Mobile USA’s horizon, oddly enough according to the official spec sheet, the device supports T-Mobile USA 3G bands (1700/2100). If you aren’t already familiar with the XPERIA X10 it sports … [read full article]

Please Let This Be Real

A trusted ninja dropped this off in our inbox earlier today and we’ve been trying to get a handle on what we are seeing. Apparently, it’s from an internal portion of the MotoBlur website available to reps only. If I am not mistaken, that says the “Sholes UMTS T-Mobile US” AND “Sholes Tablet T-Mobile US.” This isn’t the first time we’ve seen an indication of an existing Sholes Tablet, however, this … [read full article]

More Hands Touch Tattoo

Noah, from Phonedog, was lucky enough to get some hands on time the HTC Tattoo.  Don’t be afraid though, John (their Android expert) is narrating, so your ears aren’t deceiving you.  The video is quick, but it shows that it is quite snappy and responsive, even with the resistive touchscreen and the problems that the Sense UI has caused other phones.  This video also shows the … [read full article]
