Judge says T-Mobile must disband T-Voice employee group

Last year, a group called the Communication Workers of America (CWA) filed a complaint against T-Mobile for allegedly creating a company-controlled union. According to a new report, T-Mobile parent company Deutsche Telekom is feeling heat to address working conditions at T-Mo.
