T-Mobile has been running ads in the Super Bowl for the past several years, and 2019 is no different.

T-Mo has confirmed that it’s running an ad during Super Bowl LIII, and it says that it’s got something to announce during the big game. Unsurprisingly, T-Mobile hasn’t given any clues about what it’s going to announce, but it did confirm that its announcement has nothing to do with 5G, its upcoming TV streaming service, or its proposed merger with Sprint.

T-Mobile’s Super Bowl ads have varied over the years. We’ve seen T-Mo tap stars like Sarah Silverman and Justin Bieber to have fun promote T-Mobile features, as well as use Drake and Steve Harvey to go after T-Mo’s competition. Last year’s Super Bowl ad was a bit more serious with its message of equality, babies, and the voice of Kerry Washington.

What do you think T-Mobile has planned for its Super Bowl LIII announcement?
