What kind of phone do you have?

iPhone XS, the Intel radio isn’t helping. My iPad used to pull 30 Mbps no problem here, barely functions these days.

I was looking on Rootmetrics coverage map showing average speeds in your area, and apparently all 4 carriers have many spots of slow speed all around Queens, NY. I think the issue is, that area is extremely densely populated and there simply isn’t enough cell capacity to keep everybody running at a decent speed.
