T-Mobile Galaxy Note 10 may get BOGO pre-order deal

A new leak suggests that T-Mobile customers may be able to score a pretty sweet Galaxy Note 10 deal when the Samsung flagship is made official.

T-Mobile customers will reportedly be able to get a Galaxy Note 10 for free when they buy a Note 10. A leaked image from Evan Blass shows a proof of the Note 10 deal that shows the phone along with some accessories, the T-Mobile logo, and the phrase “Pre-order [DaVinci] and get another one FREE.*” The Note 10 is codenamed “DaVinci”.

Details on this deal are pretty light, so it’s not clear what requirements the offer might have. That asterisk at the end of the sentence in this leaked image does suggest that there could be some fine print, though.

The Galaxy Note 10 will be revealed at an event on August 7, and pre-orders will probably begin shortly after the official reveal. Rumors say the Note 10 will include a hole-punch camera centered at the top of its display, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and a triple rear camera setup, but it will reportedly lose the 3.5mm headphone jack found on previous Galaxy Note phones. Samsung is also reportedly prepping a Galaxy Note 10+ with a larger display.

Obviously you get one free when adding an additional line. *edit* with 18 month bill credits so you dont go anywhere. But hey it’s still better than no contract right ¯_(ツ)_/¯

  • Sayahh

No headphone jack but does it have 5G?

    • taron19119

      No it’s a separate Note 10 with 5g

    • Guillermo Eduardo Ortega-ibarr

Not 5g will be Verizon exclusive like s10 5g

There is absolutely no chance I will ever own another phone with a curved edge screen. I love my Note 9, with the exception of the miserable curved screen. Never again.

    • Android_God

What about it don’t you like? I’m considering the OnePlus 7 pro is why I ask. I’m a bit apprehensive though due to the curved screen

      • besweeet

I feel they’ve been tweaking the curve in a positive direction recently. For example, the S10 – I think – is a good mix of curve and no accidental touches.

OnePlus 7 Pro is just horrible when it comes to the curve.

      • SirStephenH

It just doesn’t feel right, touches can be less accurate on the curve, it can cause distortion on some screens, and screen protectors don’t fit. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with flat screens, it’s just a gimmicky solution desperately looking for a problem.

    • the martian ambassador

The Note series should have a flat screen. I prefer taking notes on my old Note 4 to Note 9. You can’t write on the curved glass edge on a display that is already narrower than the Note 4. Dumb.
Other than that, it’s a great phone.

  • Peter Smith

I think I’m over the Note. It use to be my go to every year but so many options nowadays and TMobile has plenty to choose from. Sticking with OnePlus 7 pro for now.

    • Tommy Bayshore

i liked the oneplus 7 but lack of wireless charging, no water resistance, those are just basic features now so i ended up staying with my s10+.

      • Alize Jen Alfonso Martinez

Yupp Oneplus 7 pro is all hype but the price is pretty close to the S10 and you miss out on a ton of features that I actually use(Wireless charging, microSD and Aux)

    • Mike

same her I’ve owned every Note phone the removal of the handphone jack and higher price tage for the plus turned me off . I’m very interested in the Asus RoG 2 phone it has all the bells and whistles with a overclocked cpu. if im gonna spend over $1500 for a phone I want a spec killer Im not big on pictures so the camera isnt a big deal for me.

  • Bemi

BOGO with add a line that’s what’s I’m expecting. For once I’m not sure if I will bother with it. Nothing that has leaked has impressed me.

    • pda96

Yep. Why would TMO give away a free phone? I’m sure a new line is required.

      • Android_God

If I add a new line I can cancel one of my other lines… Am I correct?

        • pda96

No. You cannot do that. You have to keep all your TMO lines and add another one.

        • mreveryphone

Better cancel that line now cause if you do it after the promo it will be considered fraud and you’ll be charged for the full price of the phone.

        • JT

If you cancel now have to wait 3 months, add a line after cancel will not count for the promo

        • djurlegit

Only if it’s like 3 months before you add a line or something like that. If you cancel a line now, you just wait three month to add a line or else they will consider you ineligible if you cancel now and add a line or cancel the new line after you get the device. Might as well cancel the line now because come three months (Oct. 31) I bet there will be a bunch of BOGO promos and trade in for the holidays. Usually, holidays are known for BOGO deals, buy one, gift one. Even if there ain’t no Bogo then, there will always be Bogos

        • SirStephenH

You can’t have canceled a line for a certain time before getting an add-a-line deal and you can’t cancel a line for a year or two after you get the deal.

        • JT

After you see the credit on bill for your new line which takes about 2 months

      • Yonatan Ben Magen

Just go thru Costco, a lot more flex on the promos

  • Francisco Peña

    no thanks

    • OnePlus7Pro IsBoss

Of course not being broke is a sad world.

  • Gardo

Can’t wait for this to come out so that I can buy a discounted Note 9!! Hurry up Samsung!!

  • SirStephenH

I have an idea. Why not just sell it for half price to begin with?

    Greed is destroying this world.

    • Yonatan Ben Magen

Probably because it will likely be tied to adding another line as well probably 24 month s if EIP credits to lock you in to T-mo.

      • pengko

hopefully costco steps in with the rebate mastercard for t-mobile… if they do there is a good chance i might get the note 10.

  • OnePlus7Pro IsBoss

As usual the Note10Plus 1TB version, ActiveWatch2, and TabS6 will be joining my rotation along with my Note9, Oneplus7pro, and oneplus6t nothing else matters after August 23rd.

  • the martian ambassador

T-Mobile needs to get the Galaxy A70. I’d like to have one for my second line.

  • Chris Espi

This will cost me over $800 for this supposed DEAL.
I called today to get more information on this deal, so I can stop by on Friday.

$379 down for Note 10+, plus $95 for Tax, $474, plus some T-Mobile fee..
$229 down for Note 10, plus $80 for Tax, $309, (even tho it’s FREE), plus some T-Mobile fee for line activation.

I can understand the down payment on the Note 10+, but the second one is free (I guess paying $300 is free), and you will still be paying, $25 for the line for 24 months, $600 over 2 years, so your still paying $900 overall for a free phone.

I have been with T-Mobile for 15 years and I can not get a deal.

This is not a good deal in my opinion.
