Unless it’s labeled wrong, isn’t the highlights and the full both of London?

Checking my calendar and noticed a notification popped up. System update downloaded. 12:48 P.M. Pacific time in the west coast U.S.A. Could be 4.2.2 I hope.
    LG Google Nexus 4.

  • NYCTheBronx

Done with the update. Got the new click toggles on the quick settings. Still don’t see better performance for my battery. Now my LTE isn’t accessible anymore. I hope they release a mugen battery, mophie case or a power skin case for the LG Google Nexus 4. I would have to charge my phone at least 2-3 times a day and I only listen to music and barely browse anything.

Done with the update. Got new toggle features on the quick settings. Still no improvements on the battery life. Everything else seems to be running and looks the same to me. No more LTE, oh well. I hope they make a Megan battery, morphism case or a power skin for the LG Google Nexus 4. My battery dies fast depending what I do. Of I listen to music and barely browse and text medium, I usually end up charging my phone 2-3 times a day. But if I only listen to music and just text sort of lightly, my phone usually lasts 5-7 hours. Other then that, it would reach the 20’s range in 2-3 hours. I don’t usually let any of my phones die. I have s beam off, brightness to the lowest point, NFC off, GPS off, blue tooth and air plane mode off and WiFi off and my phone still dies in 2-3-4 hours. Come on! Extended battery would be fantastic.

Stories like these are keeping me from jumping on the HTC One… geez =

It’s just probably the LG Google Nexus 4 so don’t sweat it. I noticed when I had a Galaxy S III, it would last a bit longer than my Nexus 4 and my friend’s S III, he constantly uses it and surprisingly it lasts longer than my phone which is weird because S III and Nexus 4 both have a 2100mAh battery. Even my other friend who used to own
A One X, his battery lasted longer and he he used his phone heavier then I do. He just got a IPhone 5 and that also lasts longer than my Nexus 4. My Nexus 4 could possibly be defective but I don’t really know. Go for it. The HTC One has a 2300mAh battery which is good. It should last you 10 hours plus considering my friend’s S III lasts 10 hours but that’s because he has the brightness all the way down haha. You’ll never go wrong. HTC One, Quietly Brilliant.

I can agree. My borthers 4S lasts as long as my DNA, and my DNA lasts as long as a GS3.

        • NYCTheBronx

Dang. Non removable battery keeps the phone slim but it always has a downside. :/

Flash a custom kernel I suggest francos kernel on xda. The stock kernel always keeps the lowest frequency at 1ghz as part of project butter on the nexus 4 and that’s just unnecessary.

i dont even know what they saying but i like it (idk where this from but it sounded good)

  • ant

but they need to just try to get some tv time sports players few actors and models to do commercials htc always make great phones but it gets over powered by the we better than iphone and showing lebron riding around and getting it

I know. In the past, T-Mobile would get famous people like basketball players to advertise their HTC phones in the past. Like the MyTiuch 4G Slide and MyTouch 3G Fender Edition. T-Mobile are now partners with MLB and I hope to see some famous sports team advertise T-Mobile’s partners flagship devices. Wrestlers, actors, athletes etc. I hope we can still have some celebrities to advertise T-Mobile’s phones like the good old days. Hey, even Chuck Norris advertised for T-Mobile. Check it on YouTube.

      • ant

yea i remember they should get somebody funny but well known actor or somebody from mlb 2k13 or mlb the show 13 or something and it would be cool if they gave out free tickets to a opening day game with a phone upgrade or something to get more people to buy the phone

        • NYCTheBronx

It be cool if they got Kenyan Thompson to advertise the phones lol. Yeah, I wish they can at least extend the upgrades instead of the usual 14 days thing. Well a lot of people are going to buy T-Mobile’s phones like the Blackberry Z10 and HTC One since they’re the only U.S. carrier to first sell and advertise them. I don’t see AT&T, Sprint and Verizon advertising or confirming getting and selling those phones on a specific date. at least T-Mobile is finally ahead of our competitors for selling flagships or latest phones as of this year. First to sell the LG Google Nexus 4 in the U.S. T-Mobile is on a roll and will be the first to launch LTE Advanced anytime while I hear AT&T is planning to launch their LTE Advanced sometime in April.

tmobile should invest in beats like hp Chrysler and htc did that would get sales

  • N4USER

I have a nexus 4 and i have gotten up to 19hrs of battery time with moderate use. When i use it heavy like play games, music and surf the web i get a good 8hrs out of it.. But i did lower my screen brightness and always let it die all the way out before i charge it up again.. But no battery issues with my N4.. But the again i shouldnt have no issues coming from a G2X

    • NYCTheBronx

Cool. Dang it, I bought a defective phone then lol. Dang EBay sellers.

I have always loved HTC events. This is definitely a great looking device. Htc always wins hardware.

Dick I’m a little confused wasn’t you all about your so called note 2 being the greatest android phone an it pisses all over HTC?

  • Whiskers

This is a very nice looking phone with great specs. Love the front facing speakers as well , awesome idea they should of done along time ago.
I may dump my HD7 for this in June since T-Mobile and HTC gave us the big middle finger on any future updates.

  • tomarone

HTC owners like me (One-S) did not know about the serious security problems until I read about it in the new york times. Why didn’t TMO News tell me about it?
    Need a notice here?
