AT&T continues its road to world domination by filing eight federal lawsuits aimed at blocking a law firm’s attempt to stop the T-Mobile takeover via arbitration. The Federal Communications Commission informed AT&T late Monday afternoon that it would combine its reviews of the proposed T-Mobile buyout along with their purchase of the 700MHz wireless spectrum currently held by Qualcomm. Cablevision, the 8th largest cable provider in the United States has come out in opposition of the T-Mobile/AT&T takeover talks with the hope it would be able to partner with T-Mobile as a cellular network partner.
