ORIGINAL: The rollout of Android 7.0 Nougat across T-Mobile devices will continue this week.

The Android 7.0 update for both the T-Mobile and MetroPCS versions of the LG Stylo 2 Plus has been approved, says T-Mo’s @askdes. The updates should begin rolling out this week.

Android 7.0 is a major update from the Android 6.0 release that the LG Stylo 2 Plus launched with last year. Included with Android 7.0 are features like quick replies that let you reply to messages directly from your notifications, multi-window support, and much more. And starting this week, LG Stylo 2 Plus owners should begin to enjoy those features.

If you’ve got an LG Stylo 2 Plus, keep an eye out for your Android 7.0 update later this week. You can also manually check for an update by going into Settings > General > About phone > Update Center > System update > Check for update.

I’m wondering if they’ll ever update the LG G4 to nougat since it hasn’t got past the 2 year mark and the only major update was marshmallow.

I downloaded it and my bluetooth does not work! The only way bluetooth works is in Safe Mode. MetroPCS blames LG, LG blames MetroPCS and Google, and Google states that they don’t support Android operating systems. This has been a known issue for more than a year with 7.0…and NO ONE HAS FIXED IT! I have cleared the cache, reset the Network settings, and was even instructed by a MetroPCS Rep to do a complete factory reset. Even some idiot in the corporate store told me that maybe I could just use the phone in safe mode while I drive! For 2 months I have dealt with this issue and, MetroPCS wants to take my NEW phone and give me a REFURBISHED phone in exchange. I am NOT happy with the upgrade!
