Right on schedule, the iPhone 7 (PRODUCT)RED Special Edition is now available from T-Mobile.

T-Mobile is offering both the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus in red. Both phones are available in 128GB and 256GB versions, and pricing for the red iPhones is the same as the other colors. Here’s how the prices break down:

  • iPhone 7 128GB: $125.99 down, $26 per month for 24 months ($749.99 total)
  • iPhone 7 256GB: $225.99 down, $26 per month for 24 months ($849.99 total)
  • iPhone 7 Plus 128GB: $149.99 down, $30 per month for 24 months ($869.99 total)
  • iPhone 7 Plus 256GB: $249.99 down, $30 per month for 24 months ($969.99 total)

The red iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus are the same as the other models when it comes to specs, too. The one big difference is that they’ve got shiny red backsides. When customers purchase a PRODUCT(RED) device like these iPhones, a contribution is made to the Global Fund to help fight HIV/AIDS.

The look of these red iPhones, specifically the white front, seems to be dividing people. Some folks like the red back and the white front, while other folks think that a black front would make these devices look much better. What do you think of the red iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus?

Which is why I’m putting a black front skin for my GF. She will be happy. : )

      • UniBroW

I’m wondering if you could take it to an Apple Store and have them replace the front with black for $$$

        • ragumaster

          They won’t do it lol

      • Richard H. Rahl

I hope you mean on the phone.

  • Edward Ward

White bezels…ugh. Why not black, or better yet, silver?

    • Joe

A Red bezel would be better

      • Richard H. Rahl

D J Koh says “What are these bezel you talk of?”

    • Richard H. Rahl

Red bezels look best when going to my local Maoist meetings.

i saw it in person yesterday. The red looked great, but paired with the white bezels it looked too “merry christmas”.

    Nice color….
I saw it and kept thinking NASCAR

Same old design since 2014, only difference is the color. Apple sheep will still buy it.

    • RedGeminiPA

Troll much? Meanwhile, a large number of “new” Android phones are running internal hardware from 2014 or earlier. Oh, and the iPhone 7 is still selling in record numbers, with many customers being new to iPhones. It’s what’s on the inside that counts.

We get it. You don’t like iPhones.

      • Richard H. Rahl

True. Design really means what is on the screen, and the unseen internals that drive that.

    • Richard H. Rahl

I’m a rather passionate Android partisan, but even I can name without looking several important and dramatic design changes that have happened in iPhone design since 2014.

Because I happen to know what I am talking about. You might want to try that sometime.

      • Joe2050

Can you list the dramatic changes between iPhone 6 to 7? Dramatic changes in design not internals.

Other then the back camera being different and Touch ID what are the major Dramatic Design changes between original 6 and 7?

        • Richard H. Rahl

Definition of design: “a plan or drawing produced to show the look and function or
workings of a building, garment, or other object before it is built or
          made.”

The statement “design not internals” contradicts the definition of the word.

And for a phone, the internals/workings are the most important part that drives sales.

I think you are referring to the most superficial and cosmetic parts of design.

Too damn red, like the rose gold color with the white front. Have that color for my iPhone 7 with 256gb of internal-storage and just ordered the SE in rose gold with 128gb of internal-storage. I’m a sick bird. Yes IU have Android devices as well. Not an Apple fan boy just appreciate great tech. Sorry for the rant.

    • Allen Alberto Enriquez

Good taste I just got a loaner phone which is exactly that SE Rose Gold it’s really nice looking and a lot of people stay at it like wow nice phone! I like the attention from it!

    • Richard H. Rahl

It’s always amusing that anyone who knows even one fact about Apple products, let alone say one good thing about them, is called an “Apple sheep”.
