T-Mobile Has Fewer People Than Ever to Help You With Your Plan

If you’ve noticed longer hold times or a harder time getting real help with your T-Mobile plan lately, the numbers help explain why. T-Mobile’s support website is perhaps my most used tool offered by our favorite carrier. Normally it’s to read up on phone specs, or software updates for T-mo devices.
