    Any word on JOD pricing?

    • TheRealPapaSnarf

i’m trying to pry that out of them now… and if there’s any better pricing for well qualified customers… stay tuned

    • HelloGello

I just spoke with a rep on Twitter:

      64 GB: $181.99 down and then $36/month
      256 GB: $259.99 down and then $38/month
      512 GB: $369.99 down and then $40/month

I was told this was pricing for their most qualified customers, so down payment can change depending on credit-worthiness.

      • Ray

This is for which phone though? 11 Pro Max?

      • rcarlosnyc

Which model is this pricing for? The 11 Pro or 11 Pro Max?

    • TheRealPapaSnarf

This is the pricing for our most qualified customers. Unfortunately, we’re not going to be able to check out each individual account down payments until preorder, but you can check in with us then for those details. That said, I have not seen info on the pricing for those amazing watches yet, but we should have that as well here soon.

iPhone 11 Pro Max 512GB$369.99 down and then $40.00 per month

      • TheRealPapaSnarf

so no real benefit with EIP for well qualified although you may get better pricing during preorder – Definitely going w/ JOD probably either 256GB Iphone 11 pro or Pro Max at 64gb… hate apple, why can’t entry level be 128GB. stingy

        • Albert Orange

Looks like JOD has lower down payments. Nice.

        • David

Truly the first time in a row. I am just debating if I need the 128 or 64 is good enough. I refuse to put any money down on JOD since I switch twice a year, but it is nice to see nothing down for the 128 iPhone 11 on JOD.

        • Edward Palomares Jr

          Twice a year?

        • David

Yes, every time new iPhone and Galaxy comes out. I switch back and forth between Android and iOS.

  • Christian Cox

Does this include traditional jump customers or does the phone have to be paid off?

    • TheRealPapaSnarf

Knowing that SNARF TMO is like any other cell phone company… you only get the trade in deal with paid off… with traditional jump, you need 50% paid off for upgrade… so in the case of an iPhone Xs Max which was like $1099 then paid $200 for down payment ($899) then a year’s worth of payments would be approx. $375.. so current balance is $524… so you qualify but essential lose that $$ paid in… you’d be better to payoff and hand it right back since they would give you $550 for it… however only as 24 month bill credits… that’s why JOD makes more sense even with yearly upgrades… yep you lose the payed in amount, but not as much…

      • TheRealPapaSnarf

Better yet, pay phone off, sell on swappa or ebay, recoup payoff immediately then start with new plan and pay down… iphone XS Max is still pulling $700 in good condition…

        • SurvivingSunnyvale

          Exactly…

T-Mobile is making money off of people who are clueless enough to trade in an iPhone XS Max.

        • TheRealPapaSnarf

That’s what I tell people all the time… Nobody is getting you a “great deal” its just a matter of finding the least snarfy of the snarfs

  • britnasty

Thankfully I still have my iPhone Upgrade Program credit from the X launch on my account so I can upgrade and not have to pay this extra $60 off. Debating between the 256GB 11 and 11 Pro. Leaning towards just the 11 though. Would like to upgrade and save some money this time around.

    • Edward Palomares Jr

I mean is it even worth upgrading since you have the x?

      • britnasty

My battery capacity is down to 75% as well. I’ve actually been thinking since my initial comment of just doing a battery service and waiting for the 2020 iPhone which will hopefully have 5G.

  • Boris Govnic

So I have an 8 256gb do i take the trade in credit or deal with the swappa OfferUp shenanigans? ATM I see 8 selling for 480 online then subtract 10% commission looking at 420 to 440 range after fees. While 50% off 11 256gb gets me 425 off. So it seems to equal out.

    • TheRealPapaSnarf

If you’re paid off, then its an easy as whats easier… trade in tends to be… plus your not leaving a lot on the table nor dealing with a down payment…

    • JT

You only get $350 for iPhone 8 trade in base on this promo

      • Boris Govnic

I thought the promo read iPhone 7 gives you 50% off so why would an eight give you less?

        • JT

Title is misleading, iPhone X Max you get $500. so is goo deal if you have iPhone 7

        • Rene Shabastari

Do Swappa, buyer pays fee and you just have to ship and subtract 3% PayPal fee

        • Boris Govnic

When did swappa change commission structure? Last time I used was dinged $48

  • rahul dang

hey guys had a question – im an original JOD (grandfathered) customer. I am interested in the 11. if i get the 11 on JOD, will that qualify me to for that free year of apple tv + deal apple also announced yesterday? thank you!!

    • Prod1702

This would be a question for Apple since the Promo is not with T-Mo.

    • Rene Shabastari

Yes, you got the phone, you got the deal. I assume signing into any new device for the first time will add the promo to that account

  • Jason

Are the phones sold by TMO locked if I pay for it in full? And do these phones have all the same bands as the ones sold by Apple?

    • Scott Morey

Usually you have to have it active for 40 days and than it can be unlocked

  • Jeremy Chen

Would I be able to preorder and pay for the iPhone 11 outright from Apple Store and also trade-in my my old iPhone 7 Plus at a T-Mobile store afterwards?

  • OrangeCrushGuy

Is there a minimum memory requirement for the iPhone 7 trade in? (i.e. is the 32gb model eligible?)

  • Deihmos

    Apple offer is better.

    • jbs541

Absolutely, also NO money down which is a nice plus.

  • David

    $499 down, well played T-mobile.

Im basically paying off my current iPhone XS Max 256GB if im putting that much down for the new phone.

    • David

$610 after taxes if anyone is wondering.

      • taron19119

        Did you order it

        • David

          In the process now.

        • David

          Done!

        • taron19119

I called t-mobile at 7:45 am and had them call me back when it was time to preorder

    • Mike Smith

I have a 512Gb Xs Max do I get credit for that on trade in or is it just considered the same as the base model?

    • Alize Jen Alfonso Martinez

Lmao thanks for the laughs and screenshots, the stuff you sheep will do for outdated tech to fit in is hilarious.

  • Larry

Can someone explain to me why this is a good deal? You only get half off if you trade in a XS Max. Even then, you wind up getting less than market value. Any chance TMO ever offers a BOGO deal? If not, I’m sitting on the sidelines.

  • Dante Farrar

Let me go ahead and download the Apple Store app for my preorder. These offers are trash.

  • Arbi

    no, jump on demand!!!!!

    • David

You have to call or message them. I was told.

      • Arbi

No more jump on demand. T-Mobile is not offering them anymore.

        • David

For me I always thought I had JOD but apparently nope.

The agent told me they still offer it.

          Try another rep.

        • Arbi

they said they will offer it next month, they don’t offer it on preorders anymore.

        • taron19119

          Try a Different different rep

        • Arbi

I spoke with a supervisor they offered me $300 credit

        • taron19119

          That’s good

        • Arbi

I’ve tried another rep, and JoD is working! iPhone 11 Max Pro 256gb is $260 down $38 monthly. And I’ve got $300 credit too!

        • Nionx

Since when? I just got a one plus on a renewed jump on demand. I had to call customer service, but it went through just fine

        • Arbi

read your contract carefully that they haven’t sold you on EIP! this is not a joke; it’s true; no more jump on demand! be nice to them, they will give you a good discount. but there’s no more Jump on Demand on preorders, I’m done with T-Mobile; I will switch to Verizon.

        • sert000

Jump on demand is still offered.

    • David

      It’ll only show EIP.

    • JT

Go to store for JOD and no upgrade fee

  • taron19119

They change a 20 dollar upgrade free if u upgrade in store or over the phone

  • John Harrison

This is why I didn’t switch over to jump on demand. I still have Jump 1.0. Just upgraded from my XR to the new 11 with no issues no money down for 128gb!

    • Phil

      Same here minus the upgrade.
I will stick with XR till 12

      • Mike Smith

Why? Can you upgrade for free now and again latter?

        • John Harrison

Yes. I can upgrade twice a year if I want too.

  • Thilan
