T-Mobile Galaxy Note 8 update now rolling out

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 owners, a new software update is coming your way.

T-Mobile is now updating its Galaxy Note 8 to version N950USQU5CRIA. TmoNews reader Ashish got the update on their Note 8 last night, and several users on Reddit have received it as well. The update comes in at 445.95MB.

As for what’s included, this update brings the September 1, 2018 Android security patches to the T-Mobile Galaxy Note 8. Also included are AR Emoji and Super Slow-mo video capture. T-Mobile hasn’t yet updated its Galaxy Note 8 support page with this new update, so it’s unclear if there are any other changes included.

You Galaxy Note 8 owners can wait for this update to make its way to you over the air or you can manually check for it by going into Settings > Software update > Download updates manually. Once you get the update, let us know what you think of it!

Thanks, Ashish!
