Next week’s T-Mobile Tuesday will include free 7-Eleven Slurpee, discounted Shell gas, and more

T-Mobile has revealed what it’s got in store for next week’s T-Mobile Tuesday, and there’s a pretty nice variety of gifts planned.

For the August 1st edition of T-Mobile Tuesdays, T-Mo customers can get a free small Slurpee from 7-Eleven and $0.25 off a gallon of gas at Shell, up to 20 gallons. T-Mobile is also gifting its subscribers with 50 percent off a local food or drink purchase from Groupon (up to $10 off) and three months of IndieFlix streaming for free.

Rounding out next week’s gifts is a free 12-month subscription to FC Plus. With this service, you can watch all the goals, match highlights, and the pre- and post-match interviews for soccer team FC Bayern Munich, as well as a live web radio stream during matches.

Next week’s prizes all come from IndieFlix. One grand prize winner will get a VIP movie experience that includes a two-night trip for two to Seattle, Wash., in August to appear as an extra in an upcoming indie film. Also included with the grand prize is a lifetime subscription to IndieFlix, an Apple TV, a 55-inch 4K TV, and a check for $2,845 to cover taxes or other expenses.

Twenty-five first prize winners will each receive a lifetime IndieFlix subscription and an Apple TV. Finally, 300 second prize winners will each get a one-year subscription to IndieFlix.

Note that the “small” slurpee size varies by location.

I never even got my free pizza. Checked every week and every week it was the same “you get 25% off menu price but check next week to see if it’s your turn for a free medium pizza” message.

Could have messaged them that final week.

Woo GAS! Strange company to partner with for the flicks.

      I like the gas…

Closest 7-eleven to me is 132 miles Shell is 25 miles and Groupon Food is 88 miles. I’m not complaining because I have been able to take advantage of a lot of T-Mobile Tuesdays but they should take into account as they expand in more rural areas they should have more things these subscribers can take advantage of as well. Also the closest T-Mobile store is 25 miles away.

Where the hell do you live?

Its a nationwide deal, its not localized where they come in and do a mom and pop store deal… Somehow I think, no matter what they do, you’d not have anything close to you anyways.

So you can always move.. or wait for movie credits or movie tickets. but then even a theater I bet is miles away from you.

Or call them and have a hat and towel sent to you as mine are….my closet store is 45 miles away but there are 2 MetroPCS stores here. Dunkin Donuts no, PapaJohns yes, Taco Bell yes. Wendy’s no. Domino’s yes. Shell no. Mobile, Chevron, Arco, Valero yes. Perhaps offering the promos on a regional basis would be better. Or how about Carl’s Jr/Hardee’s? McDonald’s? Amazon?

Atlanta is the 9th largest metro in the nation with 5.8 million people, yet the nearest 7-Elleven is over 100 miles away…

I never take advantage of the Shell offer. Even with the .25 cents off a gallon, in my area, other gas stations are still cheaper. On the other hand, there are 7-Elevens everywhere!

  • graywolf323

hopefully the gas discount is good for more than a single day this time around…

Unfortunately, the 7-11 that my sons rode their bikes too would not honor the offer. I called T-Mobile to let them know that they were having issues with their business partner, and I was unable to make the call center associate understand this. Very frustrating.

Have them go there, fill up their cups and when they go to pay show them their phones. If they say no we don’t honor that, walk out and dont pay for your drinks. They have to trash the slurpees
