Unfortunately its broken down by quarter but we expect as the days count down, actual release dates will leak as well. I really think now T-Mobile is pushing me towards AT&T
I live in Temple, TX which is like 40 miles from Waco. So I probably STILL won’t get 3G. Round Rock gets 3G but that’s the other direction from me and about the same distance as Waco. I can only hope for Killeen!
Oh, and I am still on GPRS as well! Lame.

About time MI get’s from 3G love from the Big Magenta. Besides how could do ALL of Metro Detroit and not include Ann Arbor!! Good thing my contract is up in the 3rd quarter! Do I see a Touch Pro 2 in my future? I certainly do unless T-Moble pulls the ultimate coup de tat and scores a 3G iPhone!! Down with the death star!!!!

The bastards at the T-Mobile store said we’d get 3G in Jan. 09 but now it can be as late as Dec. 09 I think they just told me what I wanted to hear when I was making the switch from Verizon.
Makes me wonder when they bring up a city just how far the 3G signal reaches beyond the city core. Looking at the comments from the folks around Dallas it doesn’t seem to reach very far beyond the dallas city limits.

Don’t worry about Jacksonville. It is still coming. You should see some 3G coverage in Jacksonville by 3rd quarter sometime.
I am working on Jacksonville, FL and it has been going pretty well until this week of rain brought everything to a screeching halt.
Hopefully the Evansville, IN market covers some Kentucky area on the other side of the Ohio River, but I suppose I can’t get my hopes up there.

Once again another bad list from tmonews. No new orleans when tmobile bought more bandwidth for the city last year for 3g. Tmonews ran with a list a couple months ago that was totally wrong. For your info, New Orleans has the 3g equipment installed. Dont get depressed if your city is not on the list because I would not trust it.

ha this confirms that the 3 reps i called and asked about cincinnati 3g werent lying, they all said fall/quarter 3 for cincy.. im excited, our EDGE network is pretty decent hear but cincinnati bells no contract newtwork that runs on the same 3g bands as tmobile was starting to sound enticing… My G1 on Edge actually beat my friends iphone 3g on 3g 2 out 4 times loading gizmodo.com, so will have to have a second race here soon this time 3g vs 3g.. im expecting Tmobile G1 (and tmo 3g) dominance.. Im a happy camper… Now i may even add the data package back on to my Gf’s behold so she can utilize it with 3g speeds..

looks liek the motorola morrison is planning on rolling out in holiday 09. So this is what we have all been waiting for, a Moto device. sucks, then that G1 v2 looks like a samsung, that sucks to. so really no good news for me this year in the Android market. I love the G1, but I like the G2, but i must have a QWERTY, so i guess ima go backwards in time and get the 1 if I decide against the TP2, very hard choice i keep battling myself against. and Android 2, aka Donut comes out this fall, so really nice stuff coming out on the Android side. big dissapointment for me

I live in Henderson NV which is pretty much another part of Las Vegas and I heard our 3G would be up come June. I really do hope this is true and they have been working on it because for the past month or so my 3G service has been up and down. In fact it became so bad my battery was dying a lot more than normal so I had to use the 2G (edge network). I haven’t switched back to my 3G signal because half the time it doesn’t work and it kills the battery. Plus my phone seems to reset it self at random for no reason and I am waiting for my cupcake update which I don’t want to miss or lose because my phone rebooted itself on its own. This just started happening within the last month too. The only reason I would get 2 bars of 3G is because I am on the edge of Vegas’ 3G network. I really do hope this gets fixed and I get full 3G goodness and no more reboots.
im glad henderson nv is getting 3g but what im more concern with is north west las vegas horrible reception in the north west thanfully i dont live up their but i do work in that area hopefully one day north west will have 3g also aliante area too
