State of Texas partners with T-Mobile as Relay Services provider

A few days ago, T-Mobile revealed that they were chosen by the Public Utilities Commission of Texas (PUCT) to be the provider of the Relay Texas project. FCC fines T-Mobile $819k for failing to offer enough hearing aid-compatible phones in ’09/10

The FCC has published a forfeiture order informing T-Mobile that it must pay a penalty of $819,000 for failing to meet requirements to sell a certain number of hearing aid compatible phones.
