Naah they wont give u a tracking # but u can email the support team at the email in your winning email and ask when it will arrive. Im using mine right now i won on the 11/30/2009 it came this past monday.

If someone figured out a way they aren’t going to tell you, they’re going to keep winning more phones & possibly tv’s! But I’m guessing they have checks in place like coming from same IP, using same mailing address, cookies in the browser, etc.

Well the people running the contest certainly aren’t going to share their methods. It’s like if you are trying to break into a webmail account & the error is “I’m sorry the password isn’t right mainly because it needs to be 6 letters & start with a capital” vs “LOGIN FAILURE”. Which one clues the attacker in more as to what move is next to get by? Same with this contest.. It is very possible some of us have been flagged (even if we didn’t do anything wrong or are aren’t aware we did like if we accidentally click to enter without paying attention & we’re already entered.. Maybe that disqualifies you.) & not even know it but the flash thing just merrily tells us we’re entered even if we have no chance of winning. And we’re assuming that the flash thing actually works & doesn’t have some bug where it says you’re logged in & lets you ‘enter’ but in reality you’re doing nothing and will never win. (I’ve wondered about this one because most of the time when I close the window & open back up it says I’m logged in. OK so I assume it stored it in a cookie but if I clear cookies most of the time it shows I’m logged in. Now how is the possible unless it detects based on IP or is lying to me.) On the other hand there could be no tests at all & there are people out there who figured out how to enter 100,000’s of times every hour, 24×7. Guess what, if that’s the case the people entering honestly have little change or at least much less chance than before. Or perhaps it just got so popular that there are so many people entering now that we have a better chance of getting struck by {BZZZZ! BOOM!} “AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!” hehe Anyway to me the most frustrating part is not knowing if their system works correctly & if it’s fair, even more so than not winning. i got the mail for the fors for winning the led tv. they want me to fill out a w-9 form and another form that has to be notarized and i’ll be responsible for paying tax of the retail price of the tv.

It’s been as much as 15 minutes off on my computer when the window is left open. The best is when it shows the winner on the right before the count-down finishes. And no I’m not talking about when it shows the OLD winner, I mean it watched & it has shown the new winner before the drawing supposedly happened.
I too am getting fed up with not winning. I have cleared the cookies, history, footprints, closed the browser and rebooted my computer and when I bring up their website I don’t have to log in. If some people are using automated systems to enter the contest it’s gonna be a slim chance any of us win. And like was stated already, if we have been disqualified for some unknown reason, we are sure wasting a lot of time. I have been at this sometimes entering 20 times a day since TmoNews posted the story. I was hoping to win this phone so I could give it to my daughter for Christmas, but I already ordered her a Shadow 2 from T-Mo and it’s gonna be here tomorrow. So if and it’s a big if I win this thing i’m gonna put it on eBay and cover my losses. And if I ever decide I want an android phone I will get myself the Nexus. and those sayin that they keep logging you in even when you clear history or whatever. they prolly are loggin you in via IP address.
You see the problem if they log us in by IP right? What if people share the same IP and it watches for people cheating based on multiple entries from the same IP? Or IP’s change like with DSL/dialup and it logs you in under someone else’s IP as them?? We are trusting in them that they’ve covered the bases to making it work correctly & fairly but we have no clue if that’s the case. That stupid page just keeps merrily saying we’re entered without showing who we’re entered as or if it’s lying to us & we’re actually disqualified somehow. It’s just frustrating when they don’t disclose the procedures or it’s at least run by a known reputable 3rd party that we trust.
Hope the winners have $140 to spare. But $140 is dirt cheap for a tv, especially one that big/nice.

I won a phone back in the early days on my first entry!!! I thought I could win my wife one really quick but I have not been so lucky. I really like this phone since it works without a data plan and you can use WiFi to simulate a data plan. The only things I dont like about it is that you are not able to remove or hide preinstalled apps and the alarm doesnt play music, you need to download an app.
Oh I know nothing in life is free but again if anyone wants to sell their phone for a MUCH cheaper price…under $100.00, maybe $50.00? I might buy…I really want to win.

So ive been entering in this contest the moment I found out about it. I’m with tmobile by the way already. And I found out on the 12th and had no luck, and still have no luck. However I’m getting my Samsung Behold 2 next week. I called them because these past 2 months I’ve been having problems with my comeback, and have been EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the phone when I spent $230 or so dollars on this phone that doesn’t match up at all to a better phone (such as the behold), and was not worth the price I paid back in October. Explained all this to them because again, yea this phone has been posing issues for me and making me unhappy, and customer care is sending me the Behold free of charge because my contract is still new. If you are with tmobile I wouldnt call in if you just upgraded your contract just to try and get another phone, but if you are dissatisfied with your phone and you recently got a new one I would try this method. Getting my money’s worth

I highly doubt T mobile will just give you the Behold 2 for free. I had the exact same problem with my original Behold when I just a signed a new contract. Phone was freezing up and giving me all sorts of hell. After returning the phone/getting a replacement and talking to numerous customer reps, i tried to upgrade to the mytouch and the best they offered me was the mytouch at full discount price .. and this was after hassling with the customer service manager over a period of time.
Plus they don’t give you any credit for the phone you already have.
I forgot to mention that this only applies after you passed your 14 day grace period .
They gave it free and credited everything back to me. Got it in the mail today through express shipping also free, and I had called a day ago or two ago. All they did was ask which phone I wanted and I told them and they gave it to me. Since I recently upgraded my contract they said it should be fine.
Now all I have to do is send in my Samsung comeback back to them.
Oh and you said new contract? I’m not sure about if you recently switch to T-mobile. I’ve been with T-mobile for probably about 5 years now, and didn’t upgrade the contract until 2 months ago. I don’t know if that makes a difference.
