I was weary as well and I also tediously entered every hour of the day until I finally won. I do think it’s legit though because I went on Samsung Mobile’s website and they have a link up that takes you straight to the contest. I highly doubt that they would endorse something that’s either fictitious or bogus in nature.
Oh no here we go. lol I’m past questioning if it’s legit, just asking if it’s run fairly or even the inner workings like does it matter if you stay logged in or log out & back in or does it matter if you click on the same spot every time or if you close the ‘CONGRATULATIONS’ window before clicking the next time or if you enter too many times in a day or if you told it you had TMobile or not when signing up or if someone else on your IP is entering too etc etc. Perhaps I’m overthinking it but hey that’s what I do. My sole purpose in life is to what-if things to death until I know everything there is to know about it, good and bad, from every angle. And that part of me that can’t sleep at night because of this contest needs to know is it rigged like the slot machines at a casino or it is truly 100% random and true luck of the draw no strings attached. Perhaps we’ll never know but assuming the people who won get their phones before TMobile moves to 4G (Soz had to get that dig in) then at least they will be happy & it’ll be time to obsess about something else. The Memoir is pretty much exactly like the 1st Behold except for a better camera feature. It’s not a smart-phone and runs on Samsung’s proprietary OS. The Behold is very limited as far as upgrades. If you want a great camera phone, then keep the Memoir but if you want an open source smart-phone that has android market for apps, definitely go with the Behold II. It’s a much better phone.

I am very interested to see what they say to this. When I read thru the many posts about shipping it appears there are many different answers from this company. I won on the 25th and I have seen a winner from the 23rd as well as the 21st. I have also read emails that say the phones should have already shipped to as late as 14 business days from after the day you win? This company is not doing samsung any favors with there poor comunication to the winners. I do not think it is unreasonable to provide a tracking number to the winners. Hopefully this will all be resolved very soon.

I won my phone on Nov 20 I just received it on !0 Dec. It takes 14 business days to get to you. Also it comes from Grand Rapids, MN. It’s so worth the wait! It’s shipped by USPS Priority Mail. I was like WTH when i looked in my mailbox and saw it. Someone could’ve took it.

For some reason it kept me logged in even when I closed down my browser but for the most part I would keep it up and enter every hour and just minimize my browser at work. I started entering around the 3rd of Dec and finally won on the 7th, so it took me a total of 4 days on and off.

@timmyjoe42 That’s funny cuz I had a few diff TMO CS reps tell me no Android phone would work without internet (one told me you can’t even call 911 DOH!) and that is why the data plan is required.
