T-Mobile Plans 4G Tablet For 2011

Looks like T-Mobile is feeling a little left out of all the 4G tablet talk as I just received this brief quote in my inbox:

“T-Mobile is working closely with the majority of our OEM partners to deliver 4G products by integrating HSPA+ into roadmaps in 2011 as the dominant global standard.  Consumers will continue to see HSPA+ fuel future innovation in a variety of mobile consumer electronics from smartphones and tablets to emerging devices. T-Mobile will continue to be at the forefront of wireless innovation, delivering an aggressive 4G product lineup in 2011, including 4G tablets.”

With CES right around the corner there is anticipation that tablets, specifically those of the Android kind will be heavily show cased and I’m betting T-Mobile wants in on the fun. I don’t imagine we’ll see a branded T-Mobile offering then but hopefully soon after T-Mobile will begin to outline plans for its 2011 lineup, which hopefully include HSPA+ tablets. Just imagine a tablet with the capability to run HSPA+ 42Mbps, which would be super! You have my attention Magenta, show us some more tablet love!
