After an out of the blue announcement and a just as quick delay T-Mobile is bringing their unlimited Wi-Fi calling feature back for free beginning tomorrow May 13th. That’s right tomorrow. Beginning May 11th, T-Mobile will add a new feature that will allow Wi-Fi calling capable devices to make and receive phone calls WITHOUT using in-plan minutes. Hallelujah!!!! T-Mobile Says 5 Million Customers Use Wi-Fi Calling Service

T-Mobile announced in Barcelona during the final day of Mobile World Congress that close to 5 million of its 34 million customers use Wi-Fi calls. Of those 5 million, around 1.25 million of those are using the new Wi-Fi for Android calling application. Furthermore, close to 40 million calls per month are performed over Wi-Fi networks using a T-Mobile device.
