While the launch is three days away, what is quickly becoming everyone’s favorite Blackberry is arriving in T-Mobile stores. Â Let me repeat that, the 9700 availability date is three days away (I’m excited). Â If the reports are to be believed, then T-Mobile is preparing for this phone to sell like hot cakes, since the stores are supposed to have a minimum of 25 each (Our sources are saying that the high end will be 36 though). Â I can see this thing selling out, so get there when you see fit. Â Leave your thoughts in the comments!
There are some truly lucky people on this industry, and the people over at PhoneScoop fall into that category. Ignoring all this Android hubbub, they sought out the best of the best in mobile communication devices. I’m talking, of course, about the Nokia N900 phone, mobile computer, all in one and almighty gadget. Highlights of the device include an amazing ability to multitask, a Mozilla browser with full flash (the real deal, not flash lite), a sweet home panel system, fully function phone (I know there were some doubts and questions about that) and all around awesomeness (size aside). Don’t let me ruin it for you, go forth and enjoy the video ( notice the carrier it is running on) and don’t forget to leave your thoughts in the comments!
While we wait for the pre-order date and availability date, how about some impressions from lucky people (or just rewatch all those videos). This specific review, however, is actually for the DEXT, but they are essentially the same phone (is anyone complaining?). Katherine, over at T3, was lucky enough to get some time with the Cliq sibling and she seems rather impressed by it, even calling it a “new dawn” for Motorola. She goes on to say that it is a “rock-solid” performer, extremely customizable, fast, and great for social networkers. Head past the break for a quick run down (if you are strapped for time) or head on over to T3 to read the whole thing. Don’t forget to leave your thoughts in the comments!
Unless you have been living under a rock for the past week, you probably know all about the Motorola Cliq (and all of the speculation and confusion surrounding it). Well, while some seem certain that the next Android phone will be hitting T-Mobile stores early next month, we will be standing by our previous October 19th pre-order date. Why? Well, because we have our secondform of visual proof. It comes in the same manner as the first, a promotional fold out with a date at the bottom, but this makes two. This second batch of offerings includes more pages of the hand out. I would also like to point out that an October 19th pre-order would probably lead to a November 2nd sales date, which links up nicely with that leaked slide. Head on past the break to compare the different versions and view the full foldout. Don’t forget to tell us what you think in the comments!
