T-Mobile wins ‘Tappy’ lawsuit against Huawei

Remember when T-Mobile sued Huawei for allegedly stealing T-Mo’s phone-testing robot tech? Nearly three years after we first learned of the lawsuit, a ruling has been reached. T-Mobile sues Huawei for stealing phone-testing robot technology

In a Seattle federal court on September 2nd, T-Mobile filed a lawsuit claiming that Huawei sent employees in to its Bellevue lab to photograph its phone-testing robot and to smuggle components back to its own HQ in order to improve its own robot technology.
