We’ve been wondering about the official launch date for T-Mobile’s Microsoft Lumia 640 for some time, and now we finally have evidence from one of our sources. Android 5.0 Lollipop update for T-Mobile Sony Xperia Z3 rolling out with Band 12 support

Late last night (or early this morning) T-Mobile finally approved and released the Android 5.0 Lollipop update for the Sony Xperia Z3.
